Working in the Clinic

The primary concerns for the clinic at Casa Guatemala include general heallth care for the children.

Below follows a description by one of our orientadoras about her daily tasks and responsibilities:

Distribution of medicines and materials used to theat and care for not only the children of Casa Guatemala but also those who attend the school during the school year.

Due to the location of Casa Guatemala and our commitment to care the clinic looks after the needs of families and others who live in the surrendering communities such as Brisas, Camelias, Punta Arenas...

We work in close contact with the staff at the health centre in Rio Dulce and arrange dental visits in "La Bacadilla" once a month for those in need.
