The first building we visit as we arrive at the main dock contains the office, the main storage area and the director's living quarters. The office, used by the director and a full-time social worker, serves as a reception for visitors to the project and for new volunteers. The storage room holds donated clothes, shoes, toys and sheets etc. until they need to be given out. The lanchero lives next to the office.
